I joined a CSA (community supported agriculture) for the summer/early fall season and I need help. Normally I don't ask people to comment but this time I need you to. I have some things in this box that I don't know what to do with. I love to cook and I even like to try difficult recipes but I have some stipulations: no meat unless chicken (we love tofu) and low carb. Please help me with ideas. I will come to you as I get boxes on a weekly basis and tell you what i have and hopefully you can tell me some ideas of what to do with these ingredients. Thank you everybody. This week:
Spinach (this one is easy)
Baby lettuce and Arugula (another one I get)
Radish (I have never bought these before, no idea)
Joi Choi (?)
Collards (?)

Hmmm, I don't like radishes so I can't help you there. Though theu might be good in potato salad or sliced real thin in salads. Collard greens are good when you cook 'em up with alot of garlic or you can mix them into taco meat (if you ate meat) or in soups. I have to hide them in out food or Geoff won't eat them.
