We finally Got a House

After 7 bids an countless hours looking at houses, we found a house. We left for Priest Lake the day this house came on the market. We sent our families and amazing real estate agent over the view the house. They called us an assured us this was the house for us. We bid on the house from our vacation on Priest Lake. We bid on this house without seeing it but we were sure that everyone had our best interest at hand. We left our trip early because we had to have the house inspected. Everything went well and we will be in possession of the keys October 1st. This is a great birthday present to me.

My Little boy is now 6!!!!

My smart, sweet, and sensitive little boy Landon has now turned 6. He wanted to play mini golf, have his friends spend the night and play Wii. His two very best buddies drove all the way up from Olympia and celebrated Landon's birthday.
Sunday was Landon's actual birthday and we had planned to go indoor skydiving in Southcenter unfortunately Landon was up all night throwing up. He woke up with a fever and chills. The poor kiddo didn't even get to eat his birthday cake. He was such a trooper and wasn't bummed. Instead he was excited to play video games all day because he had to rest.

Happy 6th Birthday to my amazing little guy.

We Moved

We sold our wonderful home in Tumwater. Kyle is buying a dental practice in Monroe, Wa. We are moving to Woodinville. We have been house hunting almost every weekend since the first weekend in May and bid on 6 houses and lost every bid. In some cases we were bidding again 9 other offers. We are currently living in a small apartment in Bothell. Our house hunt continues while Kyle is still working in Chehalis and comes to Bothell on the weekends.  We truly loved our home and all the friends we made in Olympia. We will be visiting frequently and I will still be playing Bunco with all the fabulous ladies.

Payton Turns 3

My little Jumping Jellybean has turned 3 on March 27th. He is the sweetest, most entertaining little guy in the world. He is completely obsessed with Mickey Mouse. He wants Mickey everything and names all his stuffed animals "Little ___(whatever the animal is) or Mickey Mouse (doesn't matter what the animal is). He has a great imagination and I always catch him talking to his "friends" on his little phone. Payton is easy going and always up for an adventure.

Baby HARPER is here!

We are so lucky yet again. Our beautiful, and last, baby has arrived. Harper Blake Gill was born on June 4th, 2012 at 12:00pm. She was 7lbs 6 ounces and 21 3/4 inches. She cried for the first 5 hours of her life and hasn't stopped since. Around 6 weeks old, when I thought i couldn't take it anymore she smiled. Harper smiled at me with a huge open mouth smile and it was the most amazing thing i have ever seen. I am reminded how wonderful life is when I see her smile.

It's a girl!

Most of you know that this time around we are having a girl. We are so excited to have a healthy baby in there. Now on a side note I am not convinced that it's a girl. My mind was so set on it being a boy that I can't quite get it around a girl. I even asked the doctor for another ultra sound just to double check. She told me that was unnessecary. I disagree.

I have started to buy girl clothing and just made a large purchase at pottery barn kids for girl sheeting and I must admit this girl stuff is a lot more fun then boy stuff ever was. Wish me luck and I proceed into the beginning of the third trimester with two roudy boys at home.

HAWAII

Life is not hard when you are in Hawaii. We went to Maui to explore...nothing. To do....nothing. We spent a lot of time by the 7 pools at our Condo resort community Honua Kai in Kanapali, HI.
Landon loved the ocean. I remember going to Hawaii for the first time and spending hours in the waves as they threw me like a washing machine. Landon loved the waves in the same way. He wanted to be swept away into the current.
The boys did so well on the 6 hour flights that I kept waiting for the chaos to ensue.
We went and saw the Northshore and there were turtles bobbing around and the wind surfers riding the waves. Mamas Fish House was in that area and had amazing food. We snorkeled and saw Parrot, Trumpet, and Puffer fish.
Maui is my new addiction and I plan on going back in the next year.
