I love Maine. We spent a week on the beach in a Rental house in Cape Elizabeth. I now believe everyone should find themselves on a beach with their toes in the sand at least once a year. It was so peaceful and cathartic. We visited my grandpa, he was staying in the VA hospital but has now moved to a nursing home. We then made our way up to Bangor where my grandma lives. We had a nice visit with everyone and enjoyed our runs to the doughnut shops and coffee stands.
